The Team

We didn’t set out to build a “team” in the traditional sense.

This started as a conversation – about waste, about systems that don’t quite work, and about the role communities like ours can play in changing that. What’s grown from there is something bigger than just us, but still rooted in the same idea: practical, local action that actually works.

The Circular Mindset CIC exists to turn good intentions into action – the kind that reduces waste, supports local businesses and makes sustainable choices feel normal.

And as we grow, so will this team. Because this isn’t about us – it’s about building something that others can step into, shape, and take forward. Something that will continue for future generations to come.

We’re building practical, circular projects and systems that businesses and communities can actually use – not frameworks that sit in a document.

Our approach is open, collaborative and designed to be shared, so what works here can work elsewhere too. This is about more than one project. It’s about shifting how things are done across the board.
