This past Saturday we were delighted to welcome our newest Cup Club Bude location: the family-run River Life Cafe.
Situated beside the nature reserve with access to the beautiful circular walks along the Bude Canal, it’s the perfect place to pick up a takeaway in a Cup Club cup before heading out for a walk. Whether you’re exploring the canal path or strolling the short ten minutes into town, you can simply return your cup at any participating Cup Club café along the way.

Joining the scheme is simple and convenient:
- Choose a Cup Club reusable cup when ordering your takeaway drink at The River Life Cafe.
- Leave a small refundable deposit of just £1.
- Enjoy your drink as normal.
- Return the cup to any participating Cup Club Bude member cafe.
No washing at home, no single-use waste – just a shared, practical system that fits into everyday life.
